West Gosford yard sits central to the Coast. Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Avoca, Wyong, Woy Woy — we can have plant on site the same week for most jobs.
Equipment inventory
The gear that lays your driveway, car park, road or civil package. All BWB-owned, maintained in-house, run by our crew.
Asphalt pavers — small + medium box
Small-box paver: ideal for driveways, paths and tight access. Medium-box paver: handles car parks, estate roads, larger commercial slabs. Both run with screed extensions to suit the width.
Vibratory rollers — single drum + tandem
Single-drum vibratory rollers for subgrade and base compaction. Tandem (twin-drum) steel rollers for final asphalt density. Sized so we don't crush light residential pavement and don't under-roll commercial.
Plate compactors
Heavy-duty plate compactors for trench reinstatement, pothole patches and tight-access work where a roller can't fit. Petrol and diesel units in the yard.
Cold planers (profilers)
Cold planers for surface removal, edge keying, milling out failed pavement before overlay. Lets us re-sheet a car park or driveway cleanly, without ugly ramps to the existing tie-in.
Tip trucks
Tippers for hot-mix delivery, road base haul, spoil removal. Direct from our yard or from the asphalt plant — hot-mix arrives at temperature, not lukewarm after an hour stuck at a tip site.
Excavators, skid steers, graders
For earthworks, subgrade prep, trimming, kerb digging and site clearing. Means we do our own dig-out — no waiting on an earthworks subbie before the paver can roll in.
Sealcoat & line marking gear
Sealcoat sprayers and line-marking kit for car park resurfacing and finish-out. One crew, one mobilisation, finished job.
Water cart
For dust suppression, sub-base moisture, and proper compaction. Sounds boring, matters a lot — under-watered base is the #1 reason new pavement cracks.
Workshop & spares
Workshop at the West Gosford yard. Means broken hose, dud sensor, blown bulb — fixed in-house, not parked for a fortnight waiting on a service call.

Direct relationships with the local asphalt plants. Hot-mix arrives at the right temperature, in the right quantity, when we need it.

Do you really own all your gear, or do you hire some?
We own our pavers, rollers, compactors, planers, tippers and earthworks plant. Specialist gear we don't run every week — e.g. very large profilers — we sometimes hire in, but the core plant is BWB-owned.
What size jobs can your gear handle?
Single-driveway residential right through to $1.2M+ civil packages. The small-box paver handles tight residential; the medium-box does car parks and estate roads. We scale crew and trucking to the job.
Where is the plant yard?
West Gosford. Central to the Coast — same-week mobilisation across Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Avoca, Wyong, Woy Woy, Matcham, Ourimbah and the rest.
Do you maintain the gear in-house?
Yes. Workshop at the yard. Means we're not waiting weeks for an outside service call when something breaks — most issues are fixed same-day.
Can I see your gear before I book?
Yes. You'll see it on site when we do the free quote visit. If you want a yard visit, ring us and we'll set a time.
