New sealed roads — rural access, estate streets, internal estate roads. Pavement design built to spec, hot-mix wearing course.

Kerb & gutter

Extruded kerb, layback kerb, mountable, vehicular crossings. Council-spec finish, signed off by the surveyor.

Subdivision pavement

Internal estate roads, driveways, hardstand. From earthworks through to seal. One crew, one program.

Pavement rehab

Existing roads showing fatigue cracking, rutting, edge break — we plane, stabilise and re-sheet. Council and private.

Earthworks & subgrade

Cut and fill, subgrade preparation, compaction testing. We do this in-house — no waiting on another crew.

Traffic management

TGS and lane closure plans where the council requires it. We organise it, you don't chase it.

Plant & Crew Ready

We own the gear. That means no waiting for a third-party paver, no last-minute hire price surcharges, no schedule blowing out because someone else's truck broke down.

Anything from a single kerb pour through to full subdivision pavement packages. Roughly $50K to $1.2M+. If you're not sure, send the scope through and we'll tell you straight.

Are you a council-preferred contractor?

Yes. We're on preferred-contractor panels for civil and asphalt work on the Central Coast. We can supply references on request.

Do you provide ITPs, SWMS and compaction docs?

Yes. ITPs, ITCs, SWMS, NATA compaction reports and asphalt density cores. ISO 9001 quality system in place.

How fast can you quote a civil package?

Drawings and scope in — written quote within a week for most packages. Larger or staged projects, two weeks.

Do you self-perform or use subbies?

We self-perform. Earthworks, pavement, kerb, seal — all BWB plant and crew. Easier to manage, no finger-pointing if something goes sideways.
