Subdivision Civil Scope

Whatever the civil package looks like, BWB delivers it. Earthworks coordination through to the seal and line marking โ€” one crew, one program.

Bulk earthworks coordination

Cut and fill, subgrade prep, compaction testing. We do it in-house or coordinate the bulk earthworks so the road build doesn't stall.

Road construction

Internal estate roads โ€” subgrade, base, pavement, hot-mix wearing course. Built to the engineering drawings and council spec.

Kerb & gutter slipform

Slipform and hand-formed kerb, layback, vehicular crossings. Our long-standing concrete partner pours, we tie it into the pavement. Surveyor signed off.

Stormwater drainage

Pits, pipes, headwalls, inter-allotment drainage. Set to level so the catchment works the way the hydraulic design says it should.

Footpaths

Concrete and asphalt footpaths, shared paths, pram ramps to spec. Finished so practical completion isn't held up on the path.

Asphalt surfacing & line marking

Final asphalt wearing course, rolled to density, then line marking and stencils. The estate handed over finished, not half-done.

Built to Council Spec

Council won't sign off a subdivision on good intentions. They want the records. We build them as we go, not scrambled together at the end.

ITPs & hold points

Inspection Test Plans for every activity, hold points called when they should be. Compaction testing through NATA labs, results on file.

Works-as-executed

WAE survey and conformance records built up through the job. Council liaison handled so the questions are answered before they're asked.

Practical completion + DLP

Documented quality system, practical completion inspection, then a defects liability period so the developer isn't left holding it.
