Saw-cut square edges
We cut the failure square back to sound asphalt. No feathering, no soft edges to fail again.
Tack & compact base
Tack coat applied, base compacted. This is what stops water getting under and re-cracking next winter.
Hot-mix & roll
Hot-mix asphalt laid in lifts at 140 °C+, rolled to the surrounding level. Drive on it the same afternoon.

Spot repair (1-4 holes)
Isolated potholes in otherwise sound asphalt. Saw-cut patches done in a single visit. Cost depends on size, access and base condition. We do a 15-minute site visit and give you a written fixed price the next day. Free.
Patch program (5+ defects)
Multiple defects on the same surface, quoted as one scope after a site walk. Common on strata car parks and rural driveways.
Full resurface
If you can see crocodile cracking across more than ~30% of the surface, patches are a false economy. A full asphalt overlay usually wins on cost-per-year. We'll tell you straight.

Cold-mix bagged product is designed for emergency, very-short-term patching. It doesn't bond properly, it's not compactable to road density, and it lifts out under the first heavy rain or truck. It's a band-aid, not a repair.
