1. Services

BWB Civil Infra Pty Ltd (ABN 97 695 026 889) provides asphalt and civil construction services including driveways, carparks, road construction, kerb and gutter, earthworks and subdivision civil works across the Central Coast NSW.

2. Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to variation if site conditions differ from those described. Any prices, figures or estimates shown on this website are for general guidance only and are not a binding offer.

3. Work

All work is carried out in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and relevant specifications. We are a council panel contractor and build to RMS specification.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Standard terms are net 14 days from invoice for commercial clients. Residential work requires a deposit as specified in your contract.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Liability

Subject to the consumer guarantees above, our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The content on this website is owned by Brisbane Water Bitumen or used with permission and is provided as general information about our services. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not reproduce it for other purposes without our consent.

9. Disputes
