Our crew sealed a road shoulder with bitumen tape to bind the new edge to the existing pavement. The tape seals the joint so water cannot track in and break the edge down. The photos show the tape applied along the shoulder line before the surface work. It is a detail that helps the finished edge hold up over time.
Glenn and his team were terrific. Such a difficult job made to look easy.
