Owner/Operator, Glenn Harmond, founded his first asphalting business over 25 years ago, on the Central Coast of NSW. With little more than the family car and a box trailer, Glenn built the business into a highly respected asphalting company with a wide range of machinery, employing more than 10 people.
Thankfully, he was able to retire the family car, upgrading instead to excavators, skid steers, water carts, tippers, a grader, asphalt paver, multiple 10-tonne trucks and plenty of other tools of the trade.
Beginning with residential clients, the business quickly expanded to include commercial and government contracts. It is with that experience and drive that Glenn has re-entered the asphalting game, with Brisbane Water Bitumen.
